Lot 04 · Shoreline Collection · South

The Narrows.

Facing a small treed island across a narrow channel of deep, dark water.

Available

The Narrows takes its name from the channel between the shore and a small forested island just offshore. The water here is deep close in, which makes it the natural spot on the release for a boat.

The smallest of the shoreline lots, and the most intimate: the island frames the view and the channel keeps the wake of the open lake away.

Distinguishing features

  • Deep water close to shore
  • Island view across the channel
  • Compact shoreline lot
  • Southerly light most of the day

Sample inventory. Sizes, shoreline lengths and elevations are approximate and subject to survey. Features marked (proposed) are concept ideas awaiting the developer's confirmation.
